What is Body Blissmas?

Body Blissmas is a program with two powerful solutions:

One: Finally overcoming the struggle to adopt the kind of life style and nutrition system that results in long term weight loss and a vibrant, energetic and joy-filled creative life.

Two: Finally breaking through resistances and blocks such as procrastination, perfectionism, self-sabotage, overwhelm, low-self confidence, and fears related to your creative passions and/or creating any positive change in your life.

The "Happy New Rear" in the title reflects the playfulness, humor and lightness that is so vital to this program and to the ever-new joy possible daily. If we lighten up about life, we may get "lighter."

~Women 42-65 (with a few spaces for motivated women on either side of this continuum): This is a program for women entering midlife and beyond. The issues of our bodies changing, reinventing our lives and a desire to rediscover long-lost selves are specifically addressed.

~ Women in love with the creative process and wanting more structure to help them stay true to their passion.

~Women willing to make a commitment to their health and their creativity. This program purposefully moves at a slow pace to practice, repeat and make new habits lasting. 

~Women motivated to find at least a half-hour a week to participate at whatever level they feel comfortable.

~Women who know they cannot afford NOT to start taking better care of themselves.

~Life coaches who want to learn new ways to keep clients motivated and engaged in any creative process including the process of creating ourselves.
